Roberto Panetta is Professor of Civil Law (Construction Contracts) at the Bocconi University in Milan. Since 2012, he has been Professor in Private Law at the same university.
Since 2019, he has also been a member of the faculty of the Advanced Training Course for Corporate Lawyers.
Since 2016, Roberto Panetta has been a lecturer in Civil Law (Business Contracts) at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
Roberto Panetta is a Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg, where he primarily specialises in termination for breach of contract.
Roberto is the promoter of the ESCL Webinars on Construction Law organised by the European Society of Construction Law.
Roberto is a lecturer for the European Commission’s Eures project on intra-EU mobility.
