Isabella Vigiano
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
Roberto Vigiano graduated with honours in Law from the Bocconi University in Milan with a thesis on abroad personal data processing regulations ‘Cloud computing e manifestazione del consenso al trasferimento dei dati personali all’estero’ – under the supervision of Prof. Giovanni ludica and co-supervisor Prof. Roberto Panetta).
In 2015 she attended the University College of Dublin (UCD).
In 2017, she participated in the Lexfor Course – Advanced Legal Training under the expert supervision of Francesco Caringella and Roberto Garofoli.
She has been admitted to practice before the Milan Court of Appeal.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 2017 she has been working as a teaching assistant in Private Law and Civil Law at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
She has also worked as a trainee at the Court of Milan,
drafting judgments, researching case law, procedural case studies and drafting summaries of court documents.
She joined Panetta Law Firm in 2016.

Nicolò Roccioletti
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
Nicolò Nicolò Roccioletti graduated in Law from the University of Pavia with a thesis on ‘La surrogazione per volontà del debitore e la portabilità del mutuo’.
In June 2019, he graduated from the Pavia-Bocconi Advanced Training Course for Legal Professions (SSPL), a leading specialisation school in Italy.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nicolò Roccioletti has had a number of professional experiences in Italy and abroad, working in London with a leading English firm and dealing with international corporate transactions, shipping contracts, financing and construction of ships and yachts.
He also assisted international insurers, financial funds and brokers in audits and inspections of service providers and major insurance portfolios in relation to claims and reserves in portfolio transfers.
He has also worked at two prestigious Italian law firms, where he specialised in civil and corporate law, as well as in commercial litigation.
He was a teaching assistant in Civil Law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
Nicolò Roccioletti is a member of the ISCL (Italian Society of Construction Law).

Valentina Todeschini
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
Valentina Todeschini graduated with honours from the University of Milan in November 2016, with her thesis on criminal law matters of public administration, titled “L’evoluzione della corruzione sistemica: l’ordinamento italiano a confronto con quello spagnolo” under the supervision of Prof. Carlo Benussi.
Whilst at university, she spent a number of study and research periods abroad: in 2015 she studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
From April 2017 until November 2018 she assisted a judge at the Court of Milan, IV Criminal Division (offences against the Public Administration) in carrying out procedural case studies.
Prior to joining Panetta Law Firm in 2022, she worked in the litigation department of a leading Milanese firm, specialising in corporate and commercial law.
She became a member of the Italian Bar in October 2019.
Since 2022 She collaborates with Panetta Law firm.

Adele Gallo
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
Adele Gallo graduated from the “LUISS Guido Carli” University of Rome in November 2021, with a thesis in civil law entitled “The controversial issue on the regulation of the civil liability of the designer in the private procurement contract in the Italian legal system and in the international panorama” Supervisor Prof. Giovanni Iudica.
During his university studies, in 2019, he undertook a university semester and exams at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
In 2021, during the last period of study, she carried out an early semester of legal practice at the law firm Mussini, Rome, specialized in juvenile law.
Since 2022 She collaborates with Panetta Law firm.
